Vodacom is worse than Eskom

If I could give zero stars, I would. After being a Vodacom customer since 1998, I ported to Telkom for about 2 years. Just recently, I ported back to Vodacom. I collected my phone from Cellucity where I signed up for a Vodacom package on 28 November. Since then, I have had endless problems where I cannot receive or send sms's... meaning no bank related transactions or OTPs can be received. I cannot even register or download anything that requires pin verifications. I have called 082135 on several occasions and spent hours on the phone trying to get it sorted. Cellucity logged the fault Incident ***0 on 6 December with no luck. I am also unable to receive calls from cell numbers yet landlines get through to me. Amazingly, Vodacom have called me on numerous occasions to try and sell me insurance and extra services. When I mention my problem, the call often cuts off magically. I find the service absolutely pathetic and pray that this matter gets resolved ASAP

Hope to hear from someone soon, since wotsapp and emails are the only way I am able to communicate. I am unable to receive calls most of the time and on testing from various networks, the call just cuts without even ringing. Nothing is even displayed in my missed calls log.
