Vodacom IS Vodagone Pathetic Service
Vodacom is pathetic. I am now waiting 6 days for a response on a deal match. When I contact them on *** to request to cancel my contract and to port my number they come up with the most ridiculous excuses not to cancel. I have now been with Vodacom for 20 years!!!!! No wonder so many people changes to another service provider. Lets see how long it takes them now to reply.
