Vodacom is very ***********, departments working in silos, veru unhelpful

Vodacom is very useless, they did my SIM swap with a number that was already ported to another service provider. This is now a contract number which I have already paid for but I can't use the number. I had to now get the number back from the service provide via affidavits & all that. Now I'm being sent from pillar to post in order to get my number back :(
