Vodacom is utterly useless!!!!

I don't know how many emails I sent to Vodacom to terminate my contract on *** which I paid up. To date, I have sent over 10 emails and still Vodacom simply chooses to ignore me. I hereby place it on record that once once another service provider has good coverage in my area, I will never use Vodacom again. Vodacom does not deserve me as a customer because I am not getting my money's worth. Your deplorable service deserves the highest contempt, and it negatively impacts the exceptional work done by the Vodacom store that I use.
