Vodacom is usless

So exactly how do you get hold of Vodacom. Accounts department dont answer, business doesnt answer..... Its such a pity we have such a useless company that has such high market share. Branches arent great..... Now when I hear the name Vodacom or see the brand, I want to vomit. Staff are borderline useless, dont do what they asre supposed to do. I HATE Vodacom but am a contract customer. Vodacom, probably has the most useless customer service in the world.
