VODACOM IS USELESS!!!!! RATHER GO WITH MTN OR CELL C

Last week I posted a review on poor service from Vodacom. I am being charged for insurance I did not sign up for. Despite me querying this for weeks I have to date had no feedback except that somebody will get back to me. Customers need to beware of these insurance charges added to their account without advising them of it. When this is queried with Vodacom they try to pass you on to Finrite. They are taking the money off the customers account yet take no initiative to contact the underwriters themselves. I am sure they will come back to say that they are looking into it but honestly they are so *********** and incapable of providing a definite answer. They leave me with no option but to reverse their debit order.
