Vodacom is useless period
Vodacom will really be the death of me. I was reassured that the matter was settled and there will be credit on my acoount. Boom there comes my statement, i am being billed again for the cellphone that was returned and confirmed that I will pay less this month as i have a credit for 2 months.
The consultants don't care, it is like they saying it is what it is.
