Vodacom Is USELESS & Outsources call center to India !!!!!!

Our fibre is off for almost 3 weeks nou, technitions keep on cancelling and we can not opperate our office at all? You have now cancelled 3 times on us!!! And whats worse is by an call centre in India that can not even give us a nr to phone or a ref nr? How the hell do you operate, I wonder how the rest of SA will feel about this out sourcing? Vodacom is useless

I have tried phoning back?
Have also rep**** on FB messenger with a photo of router and sales ref nr?
Your technition is nou driving around looking for a fault else where ???
My neighbour is a vodacom fibre client and he has been on all the time?
We are Vox clients, subbing through the vodacom fibre?
Really this is pathetic?
