Vodacom is useless no booster delivered ever came

After two months of almost daily calls to Vodacom in an attempt to get some service on no signal for 3G, we finally managed to get a technician at our premises (previously they even **** and said someone had been here and all was fine, but no one had been - there is always someone on site). Big promises later and we finally received an order form for a booster on 1 December 2014 which we completed immediately. Shouldn't be surprised that since then the technician just doesn't respond to emails, the call centre knows nothing about a technician nor a booster, but each month Vodacom takes money for bandwidth that doesn't work at all. <br> Terrible service by far!
