Vodacom is useless!!!

Vodacom wants to become a ***** company and doesn't respond to our complaints. We are struggeling from last year june with vodacom rewards. They gave us false info and we fight for almost 3 months to get it stopped eventually. We discover that they only stop 1 line and not both we still pay for the 1 line. We call them they said they can't help. We gave them on hello peter they phoned and said they will phone back it's almost a month now and this problem is not sort. We want our money back and this needs to be sort out. We paid again for this month without the problem sorted out. We want feedback and our money back. I will never recommend vodacom every.
