Vodacom is useless

I had a very bad expierience with Vodacom. I bought a laptop on contract for 36 months. The brand new Mercer laptop never worked from the start. In January they send a courier to take it in, it came back and still not switching on. Went in to Vodacom Vanderbijlpark an they told me it is not their problem, gave me a number for Mercer. Called Mercer and they told me the contract is with vodacom its their problem . After many calls my laptop is not working because vodacom is blame shifting.
