Vodacom is useless

I called the customer care in July to request cancellation on my contract as I was told when I initially took out the contract that I need to cancel 1 month before the contract ends, which is what I thought I did. Unfortunately during last year I lost my job and my contract was in arrears, not much behind because I managed to catch up in time. My debit order was removed from the system (Please go through all my calls as proof) and I was paying the account manually via EFT as I was instructed to do by a Vodacom consultant, round about the time I paid the arrears is when I requested to change my banking details as well which was never done. I have attached all payments made from the time I started payment manually. When I called I was told that my account is now in arrears and I needed to pay the outstanding balance before I can cancel the contract, but according to my knowledge I am up to date. The consultant CJ if not mistaken told me that an sms was sent to me to advise me of the increase in the monthly contract which I didn’t receive. Can I please have proof of this sms. But when I called today I am told that the arrears is the bank charges that Vodacom is charging me for the reversed debit orders. REALLY VODACOM?!?!?!?!?!?!? After I made the effort to call and change banking details and YOU never did it. And even the time when I called to ask why it wasn’t done nobody told me that the bank charges would be something that I needed to pay!!!!!! Also my email address was given to Vodacom many times why was no statement sent to me or even and email just sent to advise me that the contract price has increased? Even so I have had many contracts over the years and never has my contract amount ever increased. Or does the people at Vodacom not know how to do their jobs as a different story was told today.

Now you see this is the BS that I am taking about, if I owed Vodacom any money then I would have paid it, no doubt about it!!!! I dont owe Vodacom anything, I have proof that I paid my contract every month. What I wanted you to do is tell me why I am owing and for what. Also when did you tell me that I was behind with payments, because as far as i am concerned if you behind the contract gets blocked right? and for months i was able to use the sim card, no ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE LAST MONTH (AUGUST) NOW IM BEHIND!!!!! WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE SOME FOOL THAT YOU CAN JUST ****????? I DONT THINK SO. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH PROOF THAT IM BEHIND EXPLAINING WHY I AM BEHIND AND ALSO WHEN YOU TOLD ME IM BEHIND.... I WANT ALL THE PROOF
