Vodacom is useless
Vodacom is absolutely USELESS! People say they will call you back, they don’t. I phone customer care, fail the authentication because I told the person, Elton, I DO NOT receive my invoices. I can’t even login to view anything because it is linked to my father’s account and I do not receive the OTP!
For months I have struggled to get a simple answer why is my account not R940 as I was assured in December of 2024.
Promises of investigations, nothing happens, one attempt at a call and they close the ticket.
What on earth is going on at Vodacom!!!!!
