VODACOM IS USELESS - CHAPTER 3

I don`t know is vodacom know English, it look like that they don`t understand English. How many times must I said to them that I will not pay for any upgrade that is with out my knowledge. I will only pay the account that I have left for the next ten (10) month and I WILL NOT PAY ANY MORE. Vodacom send me a sms that said they will take steps against, now "VODACOM YOU CAN DO THAT ". I only take any respond from an email, nothing else, there is some- one that not do his work. Vodacom said they will contact me, that is a lie, they did not do anything
