Vodacom is useless

On 13 July 2020 I wrote about the bad service I received from Vodacom. They rep**** that they would contact me. Well it is 23 July 2020 and still no contact from Vodacom. I decided to call them again. This time a gentleman named Joseph answered. He helped me and informed me that my contract is now cancelled. I really hope so and will watch with anticipation at the end of the month. Thank you Joseph for your assistance, it is a pity you work for such a useless company. I will never recomend Vodacom to anyone, not even my enemies.
