Vodacom is useless!

Good day My experience with Vodacom South Africa is truly disappointing. I paid my monthly contract timeously but according to Vodacom they did not pick up my payments... We discovered that I used the wrong reference number. I used my full name Herculaas David Diedericks instead of the IM35... number as reference. After discovering the error and sending Vodacom proof of payment they still could not fix the error. I paid over R9000,00 to Vodacom. R1200 was overpaid in fact. Instead of assisting me they deleted my number from the system. I am very angry about this as the number is my business number. Because of this I've lost thousands of Rands and numerous customers can't get hold of me. I've had to change my advertising boards and all other adverts costing me a lot of money due to Vodacoms incompetence. I've contacted Vodacom numerous times and still they did nothing to resolve the issue or pay my money back. It is very clear that Vodacom do not care about customer service. I am gaining legal advice in the matter, so far it seams my only option is small claims court. Herdie Diedericks
