Vodacom is useless

Vodacom is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a phone from them which barely worked. They charged me to fix it and it was never fixed. I landed up throwing the phone away as it was useless and for 2 years I used one of my sisters old phones.

I then got an upgrade and the new phone was fine. But something was wrong with my data. I was paying for 200mg every month. The data came through on my phone every month and the next day were gone. Even if I was connected to WiFi and had my data off.

I have been to well over 5 Vodacom stores and no one has been able to help me. So I decided to cancel my contract. They accidentally upgraded it instead on cancelling it TWICE. They have made the same mistake twice. I have spoken to 4 different people, spent hours on the phone and no one can help me!
