Vodacom is useless

Vodacom Fibre an absolute disaster! For 4 years week in, week out we phoned and complained about our bad signal. Only today they changed the rooter. Now we have to pay for a new rooter, as after 3 years the other rooter was too old. Bad business practise. Service shocking as usual! Have requested to get into contact with the CEO, but nothing has happened! Fed up with the service as we can't use someone else in the property we live in as they have a contract with Vodacom
