Vodacom is useless and rotten

I’m struggling to do sim swap with vodacom the consulted asked some stupid questions that I don’t even have answers for, they asked me what did I use my talking points for, and when did I use them like really I don’t use their stupid talking points, now they want me to pay R100 in order to do the sim swap. It’s time I move from this service provider, they ripping people off I’m done with Vodacom I spoke to a consultant named Eva who refused to give me her last name
