vodacom is useless and lie to customers

Hi everyone I bought a new Microsoft phone from Bedford centre Vodacom. Before paying they told me there is a 7day exchange on the phone if it was faulty. 12 hours later I realise the front camera did not work. Went back on Saturday 14/02/2015 to exchange the phone. They told me sorry they cant exchange the phone a brand new phone this is really truly rubish vodacom in general service in general is always disappointing and lie to customers. Some from head office needs to sort there employees out as I am going to contact the local newspapers.
