Vodacom is useless

Where do i start ... Vodacom, besides being so expensive with your data, you are utterly useless. I settled my cellphone contract more than a year ago, the other day they start billing me again, after i had send the proof of settlement to vodacom to close the account, so i phone them and then they say, o it is closed, it's showing on my ITC profile now, that's what upsetting me the most. I phone 3 times after that to ask for a settlement letter from vodacom to proof it is settled. I still haven't received one.
