Vodacom is useless!

Vodacom is useless with their aftersales and clientcare after two weeks my problem of slow internet is not resolved no one at the walk in stores can assist (poorly trained staff) their client care phone number is constantly redirecting you to their useless app. My child cannot go online to prepare for his studies . They are quick in deducting premiums . All cellphone users out there do business with companies that care about their clients . Useless Useless Useless!
