Vodacom is useless
Vodacom customer service is horrible.. I had an upgrade dispute that I logged at the end of January. I have still not received my refund of R1500 from Vodacom.. every time I enquire about the refund, no one can help me.. it is disgusting how Vodacom treated their customers
