Vodacom is useless

The vodacom fibre is a complete NIGHTMARE!!! Every week we experience downtime and to make things WORSE; we are working from home. we are told about technicians that will assist us, but twice a week we will experience outage. Some outages can last more than 2-3 days straight...even on weekends. Having to call my work almost everyday and explain that I cannot work because the fibre is down is ruining my wife's and I reputation at our works. We pay vodacom every month without a doubt, but their services is wack. I am going to canacell the contract and I hope I wont be held liable for the cancelling fee of the remainder of my 24 month contract because it's vodacom that is providing ****ty service. Do you know how annoying and irritating to having to call vodacom fibre department every 3 days??????????? I no longer bother myself with their call references
