Vodacom Is Useless

I have never come across such a service in my whole entire life, the service at Vodacom is like our government, the ruling partly, useless!!!. Everyone I spoke to and aske for help kept transfering to the next consultant, different departments the whole entire day, since 08:00 in the morning till now 14:00. All I'm requesting for is my settlement letter for I***. Some of the names of the consultants I spoken to Queen Ngidi and Tsholofelo Mosemane, they also told me the escalating the matter. No assistance at all. Vodacom is the worst company ever came across, sis it makes me sick!!! All I want is a settlement letter which I have been requesting for the whole week. I***
