Vodacom is useless!
I’m really disgusted by Vodacom. I took out a contract in 2019. The Huawei P30 lite broke in February 2020, I then handed it in at a VodaShop in Oudtshoorn. I completed every form they gave me, I even had insurance for my smartphone. Til this it’s the one excuse after the other. I’m fed up with their nonsense, they even promised me a new phone. Vodacom is a big ****!! Their service delivery is whack at the Oudtshoorn branch.
