VODACOM IS USELESS

I did my upgrade online 2 weeks ago but Ram the currier company that is also as useless as Vodacom returned my parcel now I have to wait for 14 working days to get my phone I was not absent so they could get a hold of me did not notify me that they returned my parcel had to phone in o wait not phone it go online due to Vodacom STUPID POLICY you can only get a certain amount of free calls I don't know why I have trouble with them my phone bill is always high I pay then I am a good client. the useless call centre hangs up or don't get back to you cancelation department does not answer. I am changing companies and will pay my bill the way I want Vodacom you lost a good client it you do what you want I can do to if you want to sue me I DONT CARE
