Vodacom is USELESS
I am utterly DISGUSTED with the service that I've been receiving from Vodacom. I want to do an upgrade but according to them my credit score is at 420 where in actual fact it's at 650.
It's been at 450 at their side for months now! This is preventing me from getting the device of my choice just because they are not on par with my score according to Experian.
I feel like cancelling and taking my business elsewhere!
