Vodacom is useless

I have been sitting without fibre for a week and this is not the first time this has happened. Escalation is there go to word but means ziltz. I had to work on line and write exam online but do you think they care, empty promises. Remember i am in the city not on some dorp, phoned them 15 times+, to no avail. I am canceling my contract this month. Vodacom fibre are the most useless bunch around. You actually get useless and way after that you get vodacom fibre. Please dont join them use any other service provider.
