Vodacom is useless
Vodacom are useless. I have had intermittent connectivity with my Fibre in my first month of sign up and I have been complaining since 13 November 2020. Fibre Support never get back to me despite numerous reference numbers. I have to initiate all discussions at my expense and nothing gets done. I have a 20mbps line for upload and download capability and I can't even conduct a speed test. What a pathetic institution.
