vodacom is useless

appalling there is NO service regarding Fibre. I was assured that by today I would have an installation date, twice this week on Tuesday and now today they tell me that the order is rejected due to incorrect address. on vodacoms system the address is correct??? now they tell me 24-48 hours delay i will cancell vodacom and go through a company that can provide fibre, clearly vodacom is unable to give service
