Vodacom is useless
Vidacom us the worst. They are not reachable by phone and when I sentcan email I got a response saying they trust I enjoyed the service and my query has been closed.
I took out a 36 month contract on 31 May 2020, but according to Vodacom, my 36 month contract will only expire on 21 April 2025.
It is impossible to get hold of them to explain how they recon that 36 months is equal yo 5 years.
Useless company.
