Vodacom is Useless

<p>After writing a letter on Hello Peter about Vodacom Pathetic service and taking my money each month by mistake:They didnt even bodder to get in contact with me and this moth end i had to cough up again for NOTHING.On top of that i received a while ago that i am subscribe to some "world play " nonsense for R15 per day.I was so furuois that i called Vodacom and they assured me that everything from them has been cancelled.....but once getting my Vodacom bill,i was charged R15 per day for the whole of June....why do Vodacom say all is cancelled and then on month end i am still paying for it at about R400 its no jole.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom please wake up and start to look after your clients as i am still also waiting for your reply regarding your billing problem where you rip me of R300 per month as well....You are PATHETIC VODACOM PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
