VODACOM IS USELESS

Few day ago I made a review about the bad service I received from vodacom. They have responded on hellopter to say my query has been resolved, but still I have not received my refund i have sent proof of payment that they asked for, at 7 different email addresses but when I call to follow up they tell me to send a proof of payment again. once again I spoke to a very arrogant and rude consultant, when I asked to speak to the manager i was told that everyone is the manager. So what i what to find out from vodacom since every consultant is a manager are they going to pay my money back or they *****ing it?

And the respond that they published to say my query has been resolved its a BIG LIE.
