Vodacom is useless

My bill for the last 10 months was around R 590.00,now the last 2 months its R1090.00. Trying to call customer care then you get to speak to a f$^##king robot Tobi,go thru all the hassle to answer all his questions and the it writes it better to speak to a human. ****** useless
