Vodacom is useless

<p>After various issues and poor service as well as missing data, I decided to cancel my Vodacom account after 14 years. Here all of a sudden the last day of the month they block my account with lots of call time, Sms's and data that I have paid for being taken away. Ref no ********** 6 of the call I made to them, they say they sent out an Sms that informs me of this. No Sms was sent out that states today my account will be blocked and I will lose all the items I have already paid for.</p> <p>I think this is pathetic service from a third class company and blatant theft from such a company. I don't regret cancelling that contract, but do regret waiting so long. Thank you for nothing Vodacom.</p>
