VODACOM IS USELESS!!!!!

VODACOM IS USELESS!!!!! on the 27th June 2019 i wrote a review regarding a complaint. Im struggeling from April 2019 with this issue. Someone opened in Gauteng an account on my name an open vodacom account. Vodacom cut off our phones everytime. But i pay my phone every month but not the other account. On the 27th June Vodacom hello peter vodacom phoned and said its sorted. ITS NOT SORTED AT ALL!!!!! Yesterday 10 to 5 in the afternoon they took the whole R5000. What the HELL were they thinking did they want to do ***** as well. They know that i can't reverse the payment on that time. I WANT ANSWERS TODAY!!!!!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT TODAY!!!!! Don't even phone me because im going to be very rude as im disapointed in Vodacom. Phone my sister Natanja Dercksen *** We are waiting for your call. TODAY!!!!!!!
