Vodacom is useless!!!
i have cancelled all my lines and paid them in full in in July 2018. They still claim I owe money because they did not do their dam job!!!! they are USELESS!!! I followed all instructions on the premature cancellation quotation and STILL they did not do their job correctly!!!!! now after almost a year they want to come and hand me over????? I have sent the proof of payments to them on more than one occasion and I have even called them but they are as I said...,.USELESS!!!!!!! now they want to come and tell me that if I don't sort this out and pay then it will affect my credit rating negatively. but if I did my part then why the hell should I suffer in the end????????? I am so furious!!!!

14 Mar 2019, 14:37Good afternoon. I have been looking to see if I could find out who the agent was that I had spoken to but I cannot see it now. I shall go look at home to see if I can find a name, if I do find a name is it possible to find the recordings of that conversation I had with the agent on the day he/she sent me the premature cancellation quote? as it was so long ago I am sure that he/she said that there would be no outstanding monies but now I am even starting to doubt myself. so is there any way we can get those recordings of that conversation?
