Vodacom is useless
<p>Vodacom your service sucks. My husband complained on Hellopeter about his wifi account that was escalating the last 2 months. After the 3rd complaint on Hellopeter a consultant finally contacted him, investigated and said that she could see there was a problem and that she would credit his account and send him an sms to this effect. He never received the sms and his account is still escalating.</p> <p>The other problem is the Vodacom App. Since it has been updated it is not working. Trying to buy data on the App leads to frustration and data usage!</p> <p>This is not on Vodacom. This is not the way to treat your loyal customers.</p>
