VODACOM IS USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have taken router from vodacom last year in june 2018, i have tried to get a personal loan and was advised that i have unpaid account i then called trans union to find out what was this unpaid account. They then advised me that i cancelled a subscription with vodacom and i am in two months behind with the payment. However when i cancelled that contract Vodacom fetched the package from me a week after i cancelled it. i have had the same problem with vodacom when i needed a contract cellphone i have now got the cellphone and it is being paid for every month, when i needed to get the cellphone i was told that vodacom didn't cancel the first contract and now this is on my credit record that i haven't paid vodacom.

as far as i know i have paid them???? wth is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
