Vodacom is useless

Vodacom is the most useless service provider and they have a useless Customer Care team. They have no problem taking money from accounts which have been cancelled and they still continue to do so even after several calls to their Customer Care line. I want my money back!

I was promised that I would receive my money back but instead they just kept taking more money from my account?!?! They promise feedback but never deliver, they should consider becoming politicians!
