Vodacom is useless

I just knew that once again I would need to report Vodacom here once again.

Vodacom has shut down my line and for some time I thought it was network and travelling. I really do not understand why and how because everything is paid off on my side. And how are you guys supposed to contact me now when you have closed off my line?

Please make means to once again come and tidy up your mess. Each month for the past four months I have to reach out here so that you can do right.
