Vodacom is useless
Business data package was up for renew, the finance manger made a call to vodacom, they gave him a offer and took the deal. Package arrives and cannot use it as it is not activated. Call vodacom they say they cant help us we must contact **********
Contact person : Kabelo
He was totally not willing to help. Just repeating the same thing over and over. I need business account number and deal sheet. Provided account number and a previous invoice to assist .... asked what is a deal sheet. Just repeats the the same I need Deal sheet and account number.
Can somebody at vodacom help!!!
