Vodacom is Useless

<p>must say Vodacom is useless, I have a problem with my data contract .I have been trying to query my August, October and November 2016 statements for the above contract. It seems that some or other Company called Waspa is charging me a daily fee on this data contract and Vodacom can do nothing about this. I have never subscribed to this Waspa Company. I have phoned in more than 5 times to sort this and I want my money back on the extra charges on the contract. I have been struggling now for more than two weeks to sort this. I have a contract with Vodacom and it seems they cannot sort this for me Useless</p> <p> </p>
