VODACOM is USELESS

I am so TIRED of the **** service Vodacom has! They stopped my debit order and I got this huge Invoice. Paid it because you know everyone makes a mistake. Now they are harassing me saying I never paid the account and they are destroying my credit record. I spoke to 9 different call agents, spoke to the attorneys, send over 14 people my POP and NOTHING changes. How is this acceptable that they just don't do their job? They are getting paid to sit back and relax and act entitled. I would LOVE to speak to their MD and tell Him or Her what **** staff they have!
