Vodacom is useless
When opening contracts with vodacom I have also taken insurance on both phones and have been paying the premiums on both these insurance policies only to find when I needed them they did one of the policies incorrectly and therefore I can not claim on it to fix my phone even though I have been paying for the premium insurance for 7 months!!! The call centers are useless giving me a run around for over a month already!!!! Do NOT take out contracts with vodacom stay away!!!
