Vodacom is USELESS

After my previous complaint on HELLOPETER.COM about Vodacom, they responded. But instead of helping me with the problem at hand, they gave me the same pathetic excuse and once more nothing was done. The main problem is not even the call limit. That was sorted out eventually. The fact that due to their system not being up to date, I could not make any payments or reactivate my account. The reason being that no payment or reactivation can be done on a deleted account. Then two weeks later without warning or notification, I was handed over to the lawyers. Vodacom did their investigation and rep****. But when I had more queries, my emails were just being ignored. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Yet another disappointment from Vodacom.
