Vodacom is USELESS!!!

I contacted Vodacom a month before we relocated. We have lived at our new residence for almost 2months and after 14 calls and numerous emails our fibre is still not installed. Then they had the audacity to email us today after we canceled and say that our fibre is all set and installed, but no one has been here. Mweb cannot help us because Vodacom never canceled our order as requested. After being a Vodacom customer for more than a decade, I have never in my life been this furious. No they want to suspend our cellphone accounts (which is paid) because we refuse to pay another month for service we are not receiving.
