Vodacom is useless

The above mentioned queries do not get resolved. Two months of struggling with Vodacom to correct my account and cancel an incorrect line and reimburse me, but no they just keep on ignoring me and taking money from me. Just a small fish in a big pond so what does it matter.

Rudzani Lithole just rep**** when the account is corrected I wlll be reimbursed, but it looks as if even the "Executive Client Liaison Officer CEO?s Office" can't help met properly so yes useless from top to bottom.

Sick and tired of this company.
