Vodacom is useless
<p>Good day, firstly... Your call centre is useless!!!!! I Lost my phone last week. I Used my Vodacom sim card in it. I Blacklisted and stopped the line on Sunday. I only received a confirmation of this on Monday. Now I want to claim from my insurance and there is now FLIPPEN REFERENCE NUMBER!!!!! I want his sorted out now!!!!!! How can Vodacom be this useless?????????????????????</p>
